For many years, I have supported senior leaders, executive teams and organizations at moments when decisions carry real weight. I work in a way that is personal, confidential and based on mutual trust – bringing clarity where it is needed and a strong commitment to excellence in thinking, collaboration and execution.
Experience matters. But what truly shapes the way I work is my perspective on leadership, people and business.

Why I Do What I Do

My first real experience of working life came at the age of fifteen, during an internship at one of Austria’s leading restaurants.

The standards were high, but the leadership was tough and appreciation was rare. I still remember thinking: This is not the way I want to work – and certainly not how I ever want to treat people.

Later, I experienced the opposite. I met leaders who brought out the best in people, gave them confidence and direction, and created environments where people genuinely wanted to contribute.

And something else became clear: the results were better, too.

That was the beginning of my fascination with leadership and what motivates people – subjects that have stayed with me ever since, both professionally and personally.

And one question continues to inspire me: How can organizations achieve exceptional results while creating an environment where people want to take responsibility, use their strengths and find genuine value in the work they do?

Today, I firmly believe:

Throughout my career, I have worked with international corporations, family-owned businesses and public-sector organizations during some of their most demanding periods. I have experienced major transformations from the inside, as well as restructuring, growth, strategic realignment and complex organizational change.

My professional journey has included Louis Vuitton, Volkswagen and ABB, as well as international industrial companies, family businesses and family offices, and the public sector.

This has given me the opportunity to work across a wide range of functions – from HR, Finance and Marketing to Legal & Compliance, Strategy, Organizational Development and Executive Leadership. It has also given me something I value deeply: an understanding of organizations as a whole, and of the people who make them work.

What Keeps Me Grounded

Clarity doesn’t always come from sitting at a desk. Some of my best thinking happens outside – while walking, by the water, in the forest or simply somewhere with enough space to see things from a different perspective. I love good food, history, travel and places with character. They inspire me and remind me that quality rarely comes from grand gestures. More often, it begins with attention to detail.

Perhaps that is also what best describes the way I approach my work: with calm, precision and a genuine passion for creating meaningful progress.
